Are your candidates lying to get the job?

A recent ResumeLab survey found that 70% of workers lie on resumes.

85% of applicants with master's or doctoral degrees admitted to embellishing or telling untruths in cover letters and job interviews.

63% of candidates with college or associate degrees have done so too.

71% of candidates without a college degree said they have also lied.
