Upon receiving your resume, Onboard will verify your past four (4) employers (job titles and employment dates) and your education. If employed for more than five (5) years with one company, the previous three (3) employers will be verified. Once verified, we will upload your vetted resume to our resume hub for employers to find you based on your qualifications, locations, etc. 

Verified resumes are valuable to employers as they provide reliable information upfront. Employers can make decisions quickly, which speeds up the recruitment process.
